Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen “Masao”:博多とんこつ 「真咲雄」

There are three types of ramen menus: “Tonkotsu”(Pork bone soup Ramen), “Nouton”(Concentrated pork bone soup Ramen), “Noushio”(Seafood extract and concentrated pork bone soup Ramen) and “Misoton”(Soup sticking to the balance of pork bone and miso).

Additional orders for noodles only (called “kaedama” in Japan) are available in ordinary noodles “white noodles” (shiromen) and “red noodles” (akamen) kneaded with chili.
