Unazuki:宇奈月

Originally a very famous ramen shop in Matsugasaki, Kyoto, the current one was relocated.

Unazuki is located near Aburahi Station on the JR Kusatsu Line, which is said to be the most popular and tasted in Koka City. The menu is only Ramen and miso ramen. Still, it is a well-known store that is so crowded that it can be lined up right after its opening in search of the flavor of ramen here.

The soup that exudes the taste of pork and chicken is exquisite so that you can feel the firmness while keeping the oil low! Medium and thin straight noodles are also compatible with this soup, which enhances its taste. In addition to ramen, square mackerel sushi rolls are also popular.

There are two simple menus: Ramen based on soy sauce or miso.

It has a simple menu structure that asks whether or not to add “sushi” called a set.
